Here’s how we prepare it

Ingredients

What you'll need
3 cups roasted ground hazelnuts
One packed cup Medjool dates, pitted
1/2 cup cacao
2 tbsp Biotiful Meal Booster Cacao Blend
3 tbsp maple syrup
Sea salt, to taste

To decorate:
100g dark chocolate, melted and cooked
6 tbsp cashew milk

Method

How to make
Place the hazelnuts, dates and cacao into a food processor, along with the maple syrup. Blend well to combine, until the mixture becomes sticky and squidgy (add more maple syrup if needed!).

Stir through the Biotiful powder, then press the mixture down into a lined loaf tin. Chill for a few hours.

Whisk together the melted chocolate and cashew milk, then spread on top of the brownies. Cut into slices and enjoy.
