2) How does the Standard delivery work?
If you place your order before 1pm, your order should arrive in 2-5 days.
3) What happens if I am out when delivery is attempted?
You don't need to do anything
Royal Mail will try to deliver again, normally on the following day, or they will let you know if they need more information to complete the delivery.
Royal Mail will send a notification as soon as your parcel is out for delivery again.

We offer PayPal Pay in 3 on all one time purchases. PayPal Pay in 3 is not available on Subscribe & Save orders. PayPal Pay in 3 is an interest-free loan that lets you split your basket into 3 payments, with the first due at time of purchase and subsequent payments due every month on the same date. Please note that PayPal Pay in 3 is a form of credit, so carefully consider whether you can afford the repayments and possible impact to your credit score. RETURNS
1) What is your Returns policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 30 days after receipt of goods and get a full refund. In case you would like to return the product please keep in mind the product must not be used and must be returned in the state you received them and be returned in the original packaging. We cannot refund return shipping costs but you can make your own arrangements.

2) How, and when, do I get my refund?
You will be refunded directly back in the card used for the original payment. You can expect the money to be refunded within 14 days from the point we have received the returned product.
