Ingredients

What you'll need
One large apple, cored and chopped (for extra apple pie taste, use 1/2 cup stewed cooking apple!)
1/2 cup milk
3 Medjool dates, pitted
1/4 cup rolled oats (optional, but adds thickness)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp vanilla
Small chunk of fresh ginger (optional)
1 tsp Biotiful Meal Booster Blend of choice

Method

How to make
Blend all ingredients on high until thick and creamy.
Add in more dates or milk, if desired.

Pour and serve immediately.
