Our vanilla berry chia pudding is the perfect way to start your day. Chia seeds are a great source of antioxidants and omega 3 fatty acids. Plus when they're mixed with our delicious Biotiful Vanilla Kefir, you have a balanced and delicious breakfast that is great for your gut.

Here’s how we prepare it

What you'll need
1/2 cup chia seeds
2 cups milk of choice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp Biotiful Meal Booster Berry Blend
1-2 tbsp honey or maple syrup


For the raspberries:
120g frozen raspberries
Squeeze fresh lemon
1 tsp honey or maple syrup
1 tbsp chia seeds
Drop vanilla

Method

How to make
Heat the raspberries with a small splash of water until they break down. Remove from the heat, stir through remaining ingredients, then add to the bottom of small cups or jars.

Whisk together chia seeds, milk, vanilla, honey and meal booster. Set aside, then whisk again after 5 minutes. Let thicken for half an hour.

Add more liquid, if desired, then pour on top of the raspberries.

Serve immediately or chill until ready to eat
