Kefir berry overnight oats

Ingredients

  • 25g of rolled oats

  • 100g of Kefir yogurt if you prefer a thicker consistency or 100ml Kefir drink for slightly thinner (we have plenty of flavours to choose from) 

  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

  • 1 teaspoon flax seeds 

  • Fresh or frozen berries

The above measurements are for one serving of berry overnight oats.

Recipe

  1. Start by adding your oats to a jar or container

  2. Add your Kefir yogurt or drink and mix well

  3. Add fresh or frozen berries and stir together

  4. Store in the fridge overnight

  5. Serve with your choice of toppings
