Our kids reindeer cookies are packed with great, gut-healthy ingredients, and are so fun to make. The kids will love them, plus you'll love them because you know they're good for your little ones. We must warn you, they're very mourish...




Here’s how we prepare it
Ingredients
What you need
1.5 cups ground almonds
2 tbsp coconut flour
1/3 cup coconut sugar
6 tbsp melted butter
3 tbsp milk
Pinch salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
For the decoration:
200g chocolate (milk or dark)
7 tbsp Biotiful Kids Kefir (flavour of choice)
Red sweets for noses / sprinkles for fur (optional) / pretzels for antlers / edible eyes

Method
How to make
1. Preheat oven to 180C and line a large baking tray.
2. Stir together your dry ingredients, then pour in butter, milk and vanilla. Mix to combine, then use your hands to work briefly into a dough (if it’s too sticky, add a touch more ground almonds).
3. Shape into cookies and flatten down on your baking tray. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly golden. Transfer to a cooling rack and allow to cool completely.
4. Now, melt your chocolate. Let it cool / come to room temperature, then stir in the Kids Kefir.
5. Dunk cookies into the ganache, then decorate however you fancy! Best eaten on day of making.
