Biotiful Mango Kefir Ice Pops

Ingredients

1 passionfruit
1 cup of chopped mango
500ml bottle of Biotiful Dairy coconut kefir
0.5 a pot of Biotiful Dairy original kefir yogurt
Honey (to taste)
Juice of half a lime

Method

To a blender, add your chopped mango, lime, coconut kefir, kefir yogurt and honey & blitz until smooth.
To a silicone ice pop mould, add passionfruit to the base of each ice pop and then pour over the mango kefir smoothie.
Leave in the freezer overnight to set.
Enjoy on a hot English summers day!
