Golden milk oats are packed with superfoods that are renowned for being antioxidants and anti inflammatories, as well as being high in fibre and healthy gut bacteria. It takes a matter of minutes to make but is one of the best things you can eat in the morning to set you up for the day.

Ingredients

What you'll need
cup oats
1 tbsp Biotiful Meal Booster Coconut Blend
2 scoops protein powder
1 cup milk
1/4 cup yoghurt
1/2-1 tsp turmeric (add according to taste)
1/2-1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp Vanilla
2-3 tbsp honey or Maple syrup

Method

How to make
Mix together all ingredients in a large bowl. Leave overnight to thicken, adding more liquid or yoghurt if desired.

Serve with fruit
